Pregnancy is...confusing. Yes, it can certainly be beautiful and exciting, but if we're all honest, there are so many questions that arise during the days of growing a tiny human: ... more

Who will be my care provider?

What's a midwife? A doula? An obstetrician?

Will my nausea ever go away?

How do I actually get a full night's rest?

Why am I experiencing hip pain?

Is yoga safe for pregnancy? How can I adapt my current yoga practice and/or start yoga now? Can I only practice "gentle" yoga?

Where will I birth my baby? How? What does that really look like?

If you're pregnant, are interested in yoga, and want to meet other women experiencing this phase of life, please join us for a Prenatal Workshop on Saturday, December 7 from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.

First, we'll take time to meet each other before moving into a yoga practice specifically designed to prepare the body for labor (i.e. you'll need strength, mama) and ease pregnancy related aches/pain/fatigue. Then, we'll dive into a conversation about care providers to support your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience, as well as how to establish a prenatal yoga practice. There will be tea, snacks, laughter, and space to get some popular questions answered.
