It is a very welcoming environment at Sensei Fitness and the class is designed at a slower pace with letting our caregiver enjoy some fitness without any of the "mom guilt"!
If you are new to babywearing, we are here to help! We can help provide you with a carrier to try out, we will make sure you are using your own carrier safely and help troubleshoot what you need.

Please make sure to register for the class ahead of time to secure your spot, with our limited slots. $15 for the class, $5 to rent a carrier, if needed.

Our 45 minute fitness class incorporates metabolic conditioning, strength and core work. We want Moms who are ready to exercise after pregnancy and are six weeks to six months postpartum (8 weeks for a c-section) with clearance from their physician to resume physical exercise.

This class meets twice a week for five weeks and offers the opportunity to develop relationships with other new moms and their babies. Share stories, ideas and experiences with other new moms. With a limit to no more than 16 moms and babies, these intimate small group workouts will provide you with improved energy, strength and self-esteem; motivation to continue to exercise after the course is complete; camaraderie and support from your peers; and more! By the end of the five weeks, you'll feel stronger and more confident about what your post-baby body can do!

This is a women's only workshop designed to teach women of any age about the anatomy and function of their pelvic floor in a supportive and comfortable environment. Come enjoy a cocktail ... moreand learn what you can do for your pelvic health. We will teach you how to do Kegel exercises correctly, and use breathing and mindfulness to maximize your pelvic health.

This workshop is helpful for:
- Back, hip, and pelvic pain
- Overactive bladder and urinary urgency
- Urinary incontinence
- Pain during intercourse
- Diastasis recti (Abdominal separation)
- Pre and Post-Pregnancy
- Post-menopausal changes

Please wear comfortable clothing as we will spend 10-15 minutes on the mat introducing basic yoga and Pilates principles for pelvic health. You will leave this workshop with greater mind-body awareness and a better understanding of how to prevent and treat pelvic floor disorders.
