Being in community is vital to our health, and only more so during the childbearing years and during times of great stress. The first half-hour of each class is a time to say hello, ... moreshare questions and resources, and to laugh and cry at the glories and hardships in life. During this time, teachers will facilitate discussions on a variety of pregnancy, birth and parenting topics. While we make it available to join classes after the first 30 min is over, we highly recommend you join us here, in community.

Next, begin a yoga practice of gentle strengthening exercises, stretching, breath and meditation for a time to connect to your changing body and baby and prepare for the powerful experience of childbirth and mothering. Special emphasis is placed on building pelvic floor and core strength to support the body, and on calming meditations.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, stay for an extra 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra, a form of yogic meditation that offers a restful and restorative experience for body, mind. and heart. (Read more below).

Open to all levels; modifications for individual fitness level and trimester are provided and no experience is necessary. Taught by highly trained and experienced practitioners.

This class includes fresh fruit, musical yoga songs and interactive, bonding fun! For children and their siblings of all ages . This class also in many family member to join such as “dad”, grandparents, caregivers ect. $20 for parent and child and $10 for an extra sibling.

Mental and emotional health of the child.

We also set goals for children and their families as well. Lastly we typically end the class with a fresh fruit smoothie or an art therapy activity!

For parents with babies 4 weeks to crawling. Classes provide moms, dads or caregivers a relaxed space to connect with other parents as they explore the physical and emotional joys ... moreand headaches of caring for an infant. Yoga postures and breathwork focus on supporting postpartum healing and easing physical and emotional stress caused by round-the-clock infant care, as well as understanding the needs of a new or young baby. While classes focus on the mother or partner, infant massage and movement exercises are included to support infant health and parent-infant bonding.
Classes engage toddlers- (and their parents) through story and song-based yoga. As children explore their full range of activity and feelings–from wild things to cuddlers, from ... morelove bunnies to fierce tigers, they experience sensory system balancing movement and rest. –and in turn, parents will discover how to create safe responses to the often unnerving energy level of these little forces of nature, without being overcome by anger, fear, or overwhelm!
