Two amazing births thanks to Lauren!
Thanks to Lauren and my amazing husband I had the natural births I wanted and could not have done it with out her. She supported the deliveries of both my sons. She met with me during my pregnancy to prepare for the delivery, helped me develop my birth plans, and provided tips to get my mind and body ready. The first labor was 30+ hours and was able to labor at home with Lauren by my side. Once I ... more got to the hospital she was my advocate and helped my husband and I make crucial decisions. Following the birth, she checked in several times to see how we were adjusting and provide helpful tips on breastfeeding. Lauren is an experienced and extremely knowledgeable doula and has even been involved in clinical research at W&I.
