Our childbirth class with help build your confidence in your body’s ability to give birth. Studies have shown that childbirth education classes improve birth outcomes, lower chances of developing postpartum anxiety and depression, and lengthen the duration of breastfeeding. Your course includes demonstrations for practical support + a Q&A session to ensure that your unique questions are answered. The investment includes one expecting mama + one support person.

In this 4 hour class, you will learn:
  • Know your options: Hospital setting, provider, interventions, and medications
  • The Birth Process: stages of labor, pushing options, medical interventions, delivery
  • strategies to manage pain
  • Epidural procedures, process, and equipment 
  • How partners can provide support
  • Labor signs and symptoms
  • What to Pack in Your Labor Bag
  • Labor and Delivery Resources (Spinning Babies, Evidence-Based Birth, etc)
  • What To Expect during recovery and the postpartum period
  • When to call provider

We provide virtual newborn care classes, overnight care, postpartum doula care, 24-hour ... moresupport and infant sleep training. Our Newborn Care Specialists are trained and skilled in newborn care and provide one-on-one support tailored to fit the unique needs of your family. Our job is to ease the stress and bring on the joy and excitement that will follow you and your baby.

As soon as you arrive home, your schedule will coincide with your baby's, and your newborn needs to be fed every 1-3 hours. If you’re expecting your first child you may be asking yourself,

“When do I sleep!?”.

Give yourself the gift of sleep so you can be the best mom you can be in the morning. Your Newborn Care Specialist will arrive at your home between 8-10 pm and stay overnight, working 8-12 hour shifts. During her shift, she will tend to all of your baby's needs while you get the rest that you need to recover. And no need to worry about laundry or washing bottles, mama. We’ve got this!
