Best yoga studio on Aquidneck Island
I have taken classes at many different studios on Aquidneck Island and after I started going to Seaside in January 2019 I haven't been able to stop. I go every week and can say that this studio is one of the best on the island. I wish I could go daily. The owner Jess is such a fabulous teacher and I look forward to her vinyasa classes all week! They offer regular $5 community classes as well and the ... more space is gorgeous. Classes are never uncomfortably over-crowded and they are all inclusive. Highly recommend.
