Welcome to a positive childbirth ed workshop gear to help you feel more calm, confident and in control at your birth. This class runs Thursday's in June from 7pm-9pm for 4 weeks. It ... moreis held at virtually via zoom for everyone's safety. You and a birth partner will experience this fun and hands on workshop where we cover building confidence in your mental and emotional resilience reinforced with instruction and practice. Unlike hospital workshops I will ensure you understand your options for navigating your birth preferences in the hospital system, allowing you to feel calmer and more in control. Most importantly, we will be learning advanced comfort measures and having a full toolkit of strategies is important for you and your partner. Dress comfortably as we will be trying a lot of these comfort measures.

Week Two - October 13, 11:00-11:30am Pappas|OPT pelvic health specialist Kendra Kohanski will guide moms through a supportive workshop focusing on postpartum pelvic health and exercises. Mom's are encouraged to bring their baby to this virtual workshop!
Kendra is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a certified in pelvic health specialist. She currently sees patients in Pappas|OPT's Greenville location.
