I offer children’s yoga classes on Saturday Mornings at the Montessori of Greenwich Bay (3285 South County Trail, East Greenwich ) from 9:00 am -10:15 am classes include fresh fruit, ... moremusical yoga, breathing and relaxation techniques! We also set goals for children and their families as well. This class includes fresh fruit, musical yoga songs and interactive, bonding fun! For children and their siblings of all ages . This class also in many family member to join such as “dad”, grandparents, caregivers ect. $20 for parent and child and $10 for an extra sibling.
All of the Little Yoga™️ Program sessions are dedicated to enhance the physical , Mental and emotional health of the child.
