Kim Fuller P.A.U.S.E.

Provider Type:
Support Group, Psychotherapist
Kim Fuller has been a professional photographer for almost 30 years and has found that the process of looking through her lens has been a very mindful process. She then met the Dalai Lama and realized she could also be mindful with her camera down. Kim is also an author, Tedx speaker, teacher and mindfulness coach and has developed a method called P.A.U.S.E. to help people more mindfully navigate relationships in their lives. She developed this method after her challenges parenting her adopted son who had reactive attachment disorder. This is the story she shares in her book called FINDING.

She is a graduate of RISD, a mother of three, a wife and full on hugger.

Parenting never stops once you have a child and in the beginning it can be very overwhelming. This workshop is designed to give you tools so you can practice being at peace in your ... moreparenting from now until your children leave the nest (and beyond.) Kim Fuller is a long time photographer, mother of three, mindfulness coach, author, student of Buddhism and long time meditator. Her own practice, especially when raising her adopted son who had many issues, helped her find ease and grace in her parenting and inside of herself.

Join Kim for this experiential workshop with your toddler. You will gain tools for keeping calm, keeping your sense of humor and around self-care. You will learn some fun mindful exercises that you can do with your children to help them be more mindful as well. This workshop will be playful and held in a judgment free zone! Come as you are, child and all. A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to Child & Family for supporting this event.
